Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
